We are looking for Genesys Experienced resource with the following skill set: Should have 3 to 7 years of experience in Genesys Should have experience in Genesys Solutions (CME, IRD, CCPulse, SCI) Should have experience in Genesys Multimedia like Email/Chat Should have experience in integrating Siebel CTI with Genesys using GPlus Adaptor Should have experience in IVR development using Java, VXML Should have good understanding of SDLC's Good experience in MS-SQL Server queries/procedures
