EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable) : BE / B Tech/ MCA/ B.Sc.

Experience level : 2 - 5 Years

Technical Skills

Should have experience in Genesys Solutions (CME, IRD, CCPulse, SCI)

Should have experience in Genesys Multimedia like Email/Chat

Should have experience in integrating Siebel CTI with Genesys using GPlus Adaptor

Should have experience in IVR development using Java, VXML

Should have good understanding of SDLC's

Good experience in MS-SQL Server queries/procedures Experience

Working on Call Recording Software especially NICE Recording.

Ability to independently handle NICE Recording related issues reported by Call Centers and troubleshoot those and provide required resolution.

Integration experience with NICE and Avaya AES Servers and managing Logger Servers and various NICE components.

Experience working on Genesys Workforce Management (WFM)
